All communication was timely and friendly. It was clear and all my questions were answered promptly. The prep work was made simple and requests were handled with grace..On the day of the event, the ensemble showed up as expected, set up in a neat and orderly fashion, and engaged in conversation with other folks that were there and setting up as well. Numerous people that attended loved every moment of every song. “At Last” was the first song sang, and guests thought it was a recording.
